Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Our commitment

Chaos Magic Skates is committed to making our classes, events, and community as accessible and welcoming as possible. We believe skating is for every body, and we work to remove barriers wherever we can.

Physical accessibility

We do our best to host classes and events at locations that are accessible to people with mobility considerations. We know that skating facilities vary, so we encourage you to reach out before attending a new location and we will do our best to answer your questions honestly and help you plan your visit.

Class accommodations

We approach every student as an individual. If you have a physical condition, disability, or health consideration that affects how you move or learn, please let us know before your first class. We will work with you to adapt instruction, pacing, and activities wherever possible. We cannot guarantee every accommodation, but we will always have an honest conversation with you.

Website accessibility

We are working to ensure our website is usable by as many people as possible. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, please contact us and we will do our best to provide the information you need in an alternative format.

Children and caregivers

If your child has accessibility needs, please reach out before their first class. We want every child to feel safe, supported, and set up for success from day one.

Contact us

If you have an accessibility question, need an accommodation, or want to flag something we could be doing better, please reach out at [your email address]. We genuinely want to hear from you and we take this seriously.

Ongoing commitment

We are a small, independent business and we know we will not always get everything right. What we can promise is that we will listen, we will try, and we will never make anyone feel like a burden for asking.
