Flow and Skate Roller Dance Fall Series

Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellations All cancellations by participants are subject to the Strict No-Refund Policy. Cancelling or withdrawing from a class or session does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or prorated fee. Registrations are non-transferable. Spots cannot be given, sold, or reassigned to another person or to a future session. Missed classes cannot be made up or credited unless the class was canceled by the instructor. Booking Policy Your spot is reserved only after full payment and a signed Liability Waiver are received. Spots are not held without payment. Class sizes are limited to keep instruction safe and personal. Spots are filled on a first-paid, first-served basis. Registration closes when a class is full or 24 hours before the first class, whichever comes first. All classes are for skaters 18 and older. Participants may be asked to show valid ID, and anyone under 18 will not be permitted to take part. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you can join the waitlist at no cost. Joining does not guarantee a spot, and no payment is collected until a spot opens. When a spot opens, waitlisted skaters are contacted in the order they joined by email or text. You will have 24 hours to accept and pay in full, after which the spot moves to the next person. If a class starts before a spot opens, you will be notified of the next available session. Waitlisted skaters who join after the first class has started may not be able to enroll, since foundational skills build week to week.
